Getting Started

Welcome to Age of Sosaria. Joining the world is quick and easy. Just follow the steps below and you’ll be in-game within minutes.

First, your account

  • • Create your player account at arena.protocol9.cloud, the one account for the games Protocol 9 runs.
  • • Open the verification link we email you, then sign in to the Arena.
  • • On your games page, add a shard account: the name you will type into the game. A player may own up to three.
  • • The Arena makes a random game password for that account and shows it to you once, right after you add it. Copy it somewhere safe: we keep no copy of it.
  • • Sign in to the game with that account name and that game password. Each shard account has a game password of its own, separate from your Arena password, and your Arena password does not work in the game.
  • • Lost a game password? On your games page, confirm with your Arena password and make a new one for that account. The old one stops working at once.
  • • Already have a shard account from before? On your games page, link it with its name and its current game password, and it joins your Arena account.
